2. General Sales Conditions (GSC)
2.1 Objective:
These General Terms and Conditions govern the sale of pergolas, glazed roofs, conservatories, glass panels and accessories manufactured by Pergola 4 Saisons – Guhher France.
2.2 Custom-made products:
All products are made to order and tailored to each project. They are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
2.3 Order and down payment:
Every order is validated after signing the quote and payment of a 30% deposit. The balance is due upon delivery or at the end of the work.
2.4 Timings:
The timelines are approximate and may change depending on the complexity of the site, the weather, or supplies.
2.5 Property Reserve:
The products remain the property of Pergola 4 Saisons until full payment is made.
2.6 Warranties:
- Aluminum structure: 10-year warranty
- Motorization: 5-year warranty
- Installation / Mounting: 2-year warranty
Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear or damage due to improper use.
2.7 Disputes:
In case of dispute, the Commercial Court of Grenoble is the only competent authority.
